Founder/Community Psychologist
About Dr. Green

Dr. Green is a Community Psychologist, Author, and Founder of The African American Recovery Mission (The AARM), dedicated to advancing emotional and spiritual restoration for descendants of the African Diaspora. Rooted in her own lived experience as the daughter of Mississippi-born parents with sharecropping heritage, Dr. Green brings a deeply personal understanding of the generational trauma and systemic inequities that continue to impact Black communities.

Her unique perspective combines academic rigor, cultural insight, and faith-based principles, making her a trusted voice in the conversation on racialized trauma and recovery. Through years of research, Dr. Green has uncovered the hidden residual effects of chattel slavery manifesting as identity struggles, diminished self-worth, and generational triggers.

Her work bridges history and modern psychology, offering a holistic framework for healing that addresses family dynamics, community relationships, and individual identity. As a dynamic speaker and workshop facilitator, Dr. Green creates transformative spaces where truth, empathy, and action intersect.

Her presentations inspire audiences to confront racialized trauma and embrace restorative pathways toward collective healing, equity, and social transformation. Ready to elevate your commitment to equity and cultural restoration?
